We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
HR Generalist to join our team in Edison, NJ. As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our Human Resources department. Responsibilities: - Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Coordinate the seamless onboarding process for new hires, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Facilitate exit procedures for departing employees, including conducting exit interviews and processing necessary paperwork.
- HR Meeting Agendas:
- Prepare and organize HR-related meetings, including creating agendas, scheduling, and distributing materials.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to ensure effective communication during team meetings.
- Mail Processing and Greeting Visitors:
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail related to HR matters.
- Greet employees, candidates, and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Microsoft Office 365 (MS O365):
- Proficiency in MS O365 tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Benefits and Payroll:
- Assist employees with benefits enrollment, inquiries, and changes.
- Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll-related tasks.
- Tracking Paid Time Off balances and Leaves.
- Employee Relations:
- Address employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances promptly and professionally.
- Foster positive employee relations and contribute to a supportive work environment.
- Plan and Organize Company Events:
- You'll play a crucial role in orchestrating successful corporate events. Your responsibilities will span from initial conception to final execution.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of progressive HR experience in the United States.
- Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable.
