HYBRID ROLE - IMMEDIATE FILL - We are seeking a highly motivated Healthcare Recruiter, with 3+ years of experience, to join our team. As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various healthcare positions. Your role will involve building relationships with candidates and healthcare professionals, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process.-month contract. You will support RN and possibly CNA recruitment for our Personal Care division.

Rate 30-35/hour, long term.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct full-cycle recruiting for healthcare positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
- Utilize various recruitment methods such as cold calling, online job boards, social media platforms, and networking to attract qualified candidates
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to establish a strong talent pool
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates for open positions
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization
- Coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the selection process
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices and compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Assist in negotiating employment offers and preparing employment contracts

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of healthcare industry trends, job requirements, and qualifications
- Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment within the healthcare field
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Taleo or UltiPro
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and healthcare professionals
- Strong research skills to identify potential candidates through various channels
- Knowledge of human resources practices and employee relations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
